2. About cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve our Services. Cookies help us remember your preferences, understand how you use the platform, and measure performance. Personal data stored in cookies may be linked to your account.

3. Who receives your information?

We share your personal data only with trusted third parties who are involved in delivering our Services or where disclosure is required by law. These include:

We do not sell your personal data.

Your mobile phone number and any information collected in connection with SMS/text message communications (including consent records, opt-in and opt-out status, and message history) will never be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise shared with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes. Mobile information is disclosed only to trusted service providers (such as our telecommunications and SMS gateway provider, e.g., Telnyx LLC) strictly for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive or service messages we are contractually required to send. These providers act as our sub-processors under binding confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and such disclosure is not considered sharing for third-party marketing purposes.

4. International data transfers

As a U.S.-based company, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers or partners are located. These countries may not provide the same level of protection as the EU/EEA.

We safeguard transfers through mechanisms such as:

For details, contact us at help@mysite.ai.

5. Links to third-party websites and services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. Please note that how these third parties collect, use, and share your data is governed solely by their own policies. Mysite.ai is not responsible for their practices or policies.

6. Marketing messages

With your prior, express consent we may send you marketing messages via email, in-app notifications, or SMS/text messages to your mobile phone to inform you about new features, promotions, or updates. A separate, affirmative opt-in is required for SMS marketing; ticking a box for email marketing does not opt you into SMS marketing, and vice versa. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

You can opt out anytime by:

Opting out of marketing will not stop transactional or service messages that are necessary to provide the Services you have requested (for example, account verification codes or booking confirmations), but you can cancel the underlying Service at any time.

7. SMS / text message communications

This section describes, in addition to the general rules above, how we handle your mobile phone number and SMS/MMS communications. It is designed to meet U.S. requirements (TCPA, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, CAN‑SPAM, state mini‑TCPA laws, and the 10DLC registration requirements of our messaging provider Telnyx LLC and the U.S. mobile carriers) as well as EU/EEA, UK, and Swiss requirements (GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, national implementing laws, and UK PECR).

7.1. How we obtain your phone number

We collect mobile phone numbers from two sources:

We never purchase, rent, scrape, or otherwise acquire mobile phone numbers from data brokers, lead-generation lists, or other third-party sources for marketing.

7.2. Types of messages we send

Depending on the Services you or our business customer use, we may send:

Message frequency varies depending on the Service, the business you interact with, and your preferences. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Mysite.ai and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or lost messages.

7.3. Your consent and how to opt out

Your consent to receive marketing SMS is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may withdraw consent at any time, free of charge:

Transactional and service messages may continue where they remain necessary to provide a Service you have requested; you can stop them by cancelling that underlying Service.

7.4. No sale or sharing of mobile information for third-party marketing

Your mobile information will not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes, under any circumstances. This restriction applies whether your number was collected directly on our Site or provided to us by one of our business customers, and it applies to all elements of your mobile information, including your phone number, consent status, opt-out status, message content, and message/delivery metadata.

Mobile information (including phone numbers and consent records) is disclosed only to:

All of these recipients act as our processors or sub-processors, are bound by written contracts including confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing purposes.

7.5. Legal bases and rules for EU/EEA, UK and Swiss users

For users whose processing is governed by the GDPR, UK GDPR, the Swiss FADP and/or the ePrivacy Directive/PECR, we process phone numbers and send SMS on the following legal bases:

Where Mysite.ai processes phone numbers on behalf of a business customer (for example, a restaurant sending booking confirmations to its own guests), Mysite.ai acts as a processor and the business customer is the controller. A data-processing agreement is in place with each such business customer.

7.6. Minimum age

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country of residence, where higher) to provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS from us.

7.7. Retention of SMS-related data

We retain your phone number, consent records and opt-out records for as long as you remain an active contact and for a reasonable period thereafter to demonstrate compliance with applicable law (typically up to 4 years after the last message, your opt-out, or the end of the underlying Service), unless a longer retention period is required by law. Message logs are kept for a shorter period appropriate to operational, security, and fraud-prevention needs.

8. Children

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from someone under 16 without proper consent, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal data should contact us at help@mysite.ai.

9. Your rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have several rights concerning your personal data. Some of these rights can be complex, and not all details are included here. We encourage you to review official guidance for a full explanation.

Your principal rights include: (i) the right to access your data; (ii) the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data; (iii) the right to request erasure of your data; (iv) the right to restrict processing; (v) the right to object to processing; (vi) the right to data portability; (vii) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; and (viii) the right to withdraw consent at any time.

The right to access. You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it, including details on purposes, categories, and recipients. The first request is free of charge; additional copies may involve a reasonable fee.

The right to rectification. You may request corrections to inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data. You can also update your account directly through the platform.

The right to erasure. You may request deletion of your data in certain cases, such as when it is no longer needed, you withdraw consent, or processing is unlawful. Exceptions apply when processing is necessary for legal compliance or defense of claims.

The right to restrict processing. You may request restrictions under certain circumstances, such as disputing data accuracy or when processing is unlawful but you prefer restriction over deletion.

The right to object. You may object to processing carried out on legitimate interest grounds. If you do, we will stop processing unless we can demonstrate overriding legitimate grounds or need the data for legal claims.

The right to data portability. You may request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format or request its transfer to another service provider, where technically feasible.

The right to lodge a complaint. You may file a complaint with a supervisory authority in your EU/EEA country of residence, place of work, or where an alleged violation occurred. Find your authority here.

The right to withdraw consent. If we rely on your consent for processing, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that has already occurred.

To exercise these rights, contact us at help@mysite.ai. We will respond in line with applicable laws.

10. Updating your data

It is your responsibility to keep your personal data accurate and up to date. Please inform us promptly of any changes by contacting help@mysite.ai. Outdated or incorrect data may affect your access to or experience with the Services.

You are also responsible for ensuring that any content or social media accounts you connect to the Services remain current and accurate. Mysite.ai cannot be held liable for issues resulting from inaccurate or outdated data provided by you.

11. Changes to our Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our business operations (e.g., new features or integrations with additional social platforms). When significant updates occur, we will notify you via email or a notice on the Site, as required by law.

Please review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
